This creates transparency and trust for productive conversations. We explore the three different levels of contracting effectively.

Introduction To Goal Setting

This lesson focuses on the role of goals in coaching as one of the core pillars of coaching conversations. We explain how to set them and the critical link between the conscious and unconscious min when it comes to goal setting effectively. Goals are what bring people to coaching conversations and they define the scope of the conversation.

Core Coaching Competencies

Aligning to a set of core coaching competencies provides a framework for growth. A coaching mindset is a growth mindset, one where we continue to learn, refine and stay curious. We introduce you to the three main coaching bodies who create the coaching competency frameworks and ethical codes. We also outline the main core coaching competencies.

Building Relationships

Values drive behaviour as a primary motivating force and can give clarity to decision making. They can be sued to resolve conflict and are a key to change.

Beliefs

Beliefs are another core pillar of coaching. They  are a filter for our expierneces. We have empowering and limiting beliefs that are decisions we have made about ourselves or the world around us.
