Coaching Supervision Is Essential For All Ethical Coaches And Needed NOW More Than Ever
Â
As coaching continues to grow in complexity, diversity, and emotional demand the need for well-trained, reflective, and ethically grounded coaching supervisors has never been greater.
We are now launching our ICF and EMCC accredited (pending) Coaching Supervision Diploma later this year to train coaches who want to become coaching supervisors. Our programme is designed to support experienced coaches who are ready to step into supervision with clarity, confidence, and professional maturity.
It is designed and facilitated by Jo Wheatley and Zoe Hawkins, Master Accredited Coaches and Accredited and practising Coach Supervisors.
If you have a minimum of 250 coaching hours or are an EMCC Senior Practitioner and are ready to deepen your professional practice and explore coaching supervision you’re warmly invited to join the waitlist of our very first cohort which will begin in Autumn 2026. The perfect season for reflection.
This Diploma brings together the ethics, art, theory, and living practice of coaching supervision.Â
 Participants will explore:
- The ethical foundations of coaching supervision, aligned with ICF standards
- The art of supervision — presence, relational depth, and reflective capacity
- A range of established coaching supervision models, and how to work with them flexibly
- How to hold complex emotional, relational, and systemic material in supervision
- Identities, power, boundaries, parallel process, and professional responsibility
- Spirituality and intuition as embodied practice for supervisionÂ
This is more than a theoretical course . It is a practice-based, relational qualification that will have a profound impact on your personal growth and professional development. As part of the programme you will:Â
- Provide coaching supervision to others
-
Receive supervision on your supervision practice
-
Engage in reflective dialogue and supervised learning. This reciprocal learning process supports deep integration, ethical confidence, and professional readiness.
