Our library of accredited CPD programmes for coaches includes content on intersectionality, neurodivergence, body orientated approaches, interpersonal neurobiology etc. They are designed to be comprehensive, to both challenge and support you on your journey as a coach.
Accredited coaches are required to undertake CPD .

Below we outline the current CPD requirements for the 3 main coaching accreditation bodies.
ICF Requirements
ICF credentialed coaches must complete 40 hours of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) every three years to renew their credentials. These CPD requirements include at least 24 hours in Core Competencies and a maximum of 16 hours in Resource Development (non-core).
EMCC Requirements
EMCC requirements for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for European Individual Accreditation (EIA) require a minimum of 16-48hours per year depending on the level of (Foundation to Master Practitioner). CPD must be documented.
Association for Coaching Requirements
The AC require you to undertake 30-42 hours of CPD per year depending on your level of accreditation with them. The activities focused specifically on developing your coaching skills or knowledge must account for at least 50% of your required CPD hours each year. Regular Supervision is also a key part of reaccreditation.
HOW WE SUPPORT YOU
We offer our courses in a range of different formats from self guided for those who like to leaner at their own pace and independently, to facilitated where you are part of a cohort and have dedicated qualified, accredited and experienced facilitators to support you in the live sessions. These facilitated sessions are a space to ask questions, to practice with the resources and to get feedback. They are a great way to meet other coaches and feel part of a community.
On successful completion of the programmes you will receive a certificate as evidence of your learning and on our longer programmes a digital badge which showcases your achievement and commitment to offering your clients the very best support.
Our coach CPD courses are personally and professionally transformational, when you learn the skills to coach others, you also learn to apply them to yourself. Graduates of our programmes often go on to study many of our programmes as they are so impressed with the content and facilitation.
