Who is the Diploma in Coaching Supervision for?

At some point in a coaching career you start contemplating the legacy you are creating in the profession. You feel a desire to evolve and focus on who you are becoming. You seek experiences that will restore your energy and enable you to fall even more deeply in love with coaching. 

This Diploma in Coaching Supervision is for you if you:

Supervision is quieter work. Slower, deeper and it shapes far more lives than 1:1 coaching alone ever could. 

This Diploma brings together the ethics, art, theory, and living practice of coaching supervision. 

You will explore:

  • The ethical foundations of coaching supervision, aligned with ICF standards
  • The art of supervision — presence, relational depth, and reflective capacity
  • A range of established coaching supervision models, and how to work with them flexibly
  • How to hold complex emotional, relational, and systemic material in supervision
  • Relationship dynamics including identities, power, boundaries, parallel process, and professional responsibility
  • Spirituality and intuition as embodied practice for supervision 

This is more than a theoretical course. It is a practice-based, relational qualification that will have a profound impact on your personal growth and professional development. As part of the programme you will: 

  • Provide coaching supervision to others
  • Receive observation and feedback on your supervision practice

  • Engage in reflective dialogue. This reciprocal learning process supports deep integration, ethical confidence, and professional readiness.

What's required to complete the Diploma In Coaching Supervision

There are 3 core elements to the programme: 

    • Theory and models
    • Skills practice
    • Reflective practice
  • There is pre work for each live module of the programme. 
  • There is a reflective activity after each of the live days to embed and deepen learning.
  • The live days will be a mixture of discussion and practice. The mornings will serve as a space to explore concepts and practice the 'being' of coaching supervision, with the afternoons dedicated to the 'doing of supervision'.
  • Supervision practice in triads outside of the live sessions
  • Supervision practice with clients for your portfolio of evidence.
