This 9 month programme will support you on your pathway to becoming an accredited coaching supervisor. Accredited with the ICF with 120 CCEs (enough to get you from PCC to MCC level) and EMCC ESQA accreditation pending you can be confident that this programme is the best of the best when it comes to training as a coaching supervisor. 

 

This Diploma brings together the ethics, art, theory, and living practice of coaching supervision. 

 Participants will explore:

  • The ethical foundations of coaching supervision, aligned with ICF standards
  • The art of supervision — presence, relational depth, and reflective capacity
  • A range of established coaching supervision models, and how to work with them flexibly
  • How to hold complex emotional, relational, and systemic material in supervision

We will share with you a range of coaching supervision models with you.

You will have the opportunity to explore the theory and to experience each of the approaches as part of your journey to developing your own signature approach to coaching supervision.

MODULE 4: Days 7 & 8

Exploring and Practising Different Types of Coaching Supervision

 

An opportunity to consider the range of ways that coaches like to engage in coaching supervision. You will consider how your role and responsibilities differ in each as well as where your heart lies.

The format of the Diploma In Coaching Supervision programme

  • There is 4 hours of pre work for each live module of the programme. Each module's pre work includes a workbook.
  • Each modules starts with a group debrief on your recorded reflections of their answers/explorations of the questions posed. 
  • There is one hour of reflective activities after each of the live days (this can be completed between the live modules)
  • The live days will be a mixture of discussion and practice. the mornings will serve as a space to explore concepts and practice the 'Being ' of coaching supervision, with the afternoons dedicated to the 'doing of supervision'.

In summary there are 3 core elements to the programme, balanced for integration and shaping of your signature coaching supervision approach. The three elements are: theory and models, skills practice and reflective practice.

  • have a minimum of 250 hours of coaching practice demonstrated by accreditation status and/or coaching log
  • be in current coaching supervision and be able to evidence your coaching supervision records
